Spindler (Goulston & Storrs) addressed new drafting considerations under the recently enacted MA UPC, including disposition of bodily remains and tangible personal property, terms of relationship, negative wills, antilapse, ademption, tax apportionment, marriage and divorce, simultaneous death, and changes with respect to conservators, guardians and durable powers of attorney.
