The Real Estate Finance Overview for Junior Associates is a two-part program intended to introduce basic real estate finance concepts to junior associates in real estate.
The program covered loan documentation, title review, lease reviews, estoppels and subordination agreements, special matters pertaining to construction loans and review of organizational documents.
