Homecare Rice Distribution
Homecare - part of Partners in Compassion Cambodia, Wayne and Vandin's umbrella organization - gives out rice, sugar and cooking oil to needy families with AIDS issues every month. Here are some shots (more documentary than art) of this month's distribution.
