I went to the Mother Theresa home for severly ill children, there was a mixture of kids, some was disbled, mentally handicapped, blind. It was very difficult for me to visit this home as it was very sad. I was doing some voluntary work with the children for two hours a day as I could not do any more. I donated some books and pencils and toys for the kids, I also donated nappies and babyfood.

I went to the Hospice in pondicherry to distrubute food and entertain all the people and put a smile on their face. The women never have any visitors, I just wanted to make them smile and give some food as they only get basic food everyday.

All my kids xxx
I was on my way to school and saw these kids playing on the streets, I spoke to these three kids and asked them why they were not at school. They said that "why should we learn where will I go ? I will end up in the farm with my parents anyway. I told the kids that they have to learn so i told them to meet me at a certain time everyday and that I would teach them in my own time as they were not registered in my school. These kids knew nothing when I first met them, after two months they could write their name read a little bit and could count from 1 to 50. Two children was 12 years old and one was 10 and at their age they did not know even how to write their own name.
