The water system is split in two; one part is above the ground and is quite calm and slow, the other part goes under ground some hundred of meters and is more rough!

Just to show the excellent comfort in the chicken buses. My knees are dug into the seat in front of me. It must be stressed that this is a high comfort bus, since the seat in front of me is clothed even on the backside!!!

In Caye Caulker we found, after some struggle with local idiots, a nice place to stay with an excellent view over the sea! Well, this is me after a shower...

Snorkeling with nurse sharks is an experience. These sharks are not dangerous to man, they have very small teeth... Comfort?
Feeding the nurse sharks with fish made them really energetic, otherwise they are quite shy!

After the first snorkeling tour we are resting a bit.

Day three we went for a full day event. Dani diving and me snorkeling at the Blue Hole, Half moon caye, and the Acquarium. 2 jumpy hours out with a boat.

Half moon caye was a paradise island with wite sand, palm trees, and a turqoise water.

Amazing sight. It takes approximately 20 mins for the male Fregate birds to inflate their red pouch on their throat. They use it to impress other males, and to attract females.
