This apartment was on Morgan Court in Manhattan, just down the street from the new First Bank of Manhattan main bank. It was my favorite of the three and at $745 seems like quite a deal. Only downside: second floor.

This was the first apartment I looked at. It was in a blue building on the corner of State & North in Manhattan. It was strangely shaped with lots of angular rooms. Price: $750.
