Yucca processing plant...they are putting parafin wax on the yucca in order to export it to the US and sell in Nicaraguan supermarkets.
Muebles Prado, a married couple that has a bamboo furniture company. I worked with them for five months as a business advisor with some small successes. Hopefully they will grow more in the future. Really great furniture and bamboo products if you're interested.
