Munich - Theatinerkirche - High altar in the west choir. Note the screen behind the altar. Pre-WWII pictures of the church have the screen as a more concrete barrier of stone. I can't determine if it's a screen to shield the organist behind the high altar or if it's meant to create a "cloister" to shield a cloistered community from the congregation. I can't find the official term for this configuration and I've only seen it in a very few new buildlings. I think maybe it's a Reredos (note made 11/5/07)
