Life scenes from our days at the "châlet"--the house which belonged to my grandpa and his 2 sisters, and before that, to my great-grandmother, and even before that, to my great-great-grandfather, etc, etc.
This house is just a little bit west of the city of Bordeaux, and next to the Bassin d'Arcachon, which is bustling with French tourists in the month of august. The beach is fantastic, the pine forest is a real marvel, and the oysters are delicious.
