Demonstrating proper form for Taylor
Penelope is hanging tough. Nothing broken and no mechanical issues...knock on wood.
THIS is an Operator. His front 'yard' is nailed down at each corner with 6" spikes and along each side. He has a floor mat on the ground and another at the doorway. His awnings are stretched tight and are spotless. All hatches closed. Citronella candles on folding tables next to each chair and a waxed leather grill cover prevents bug splatter from staining his front end. Operator all the way.
This guide book was shown to me by an Operator. It details all the Interstate Exits nationwide that are RV Friendly and lists the restaurants and fuel stations nearby. Only an Operator would have such a book.
I cornered the captain of this boat later and told him that it didn't feel like a jet engine. He grinned. The rooster tail is merely a trademark gimmick for this particular ferry line. They have a big pump spray water in the air while twin diesels drive the propellers. Kinda silly.
When 7 year olds dress themselves.
This is a 1979 bus conversion. Second owner. Clearly an Operator. Every piece of chrome was shiny. Perfectly squared away 'yard' area and when I rode by later, they had an azalea bush in a pot. An azalea! I was concerned about this Operator's awning but he does this on purpose to deflect any rain down hill to follow the grade of the camp spot. Grill no less than 10' from his awning to prevent sparks from burning holes. Master Operator.
Look at this tow vehicle. It has no less than twelve after market yellow running lights around its perimeter. John Deere mudflaps prevent any road dirt from flying up onto his camper. He has one CB tuned to the trucker channel. The other antenna feeds his police band scanner to know if there are accidents. Chrome rocker panels and accents which are shined up. His camper was old but perfect in every way except some faded paint. He was not impressed with my camp, to be honest but was very polite. Operators are polite.

Iron Ore loading dock. Those are full size railroad cars on top just to give you some size perspective.
Taylor desperately wants the prairie dog to come out and play

South of the Border, Dakota style.
Bent grill, sears brand bottle jacks under the front end to level it. Bent awning arm. One chrome wheel, one black steel wheel.
