One of the dishes I watched being made. Can't remember the name. But this is a sausage type meat, tomatoes, potatoes and carrots and then an herb that I can't remember the name. You add all of this together and eat it in tortillas. It was pretty tasty.
These were the teachers of the cooking class. They are sisters. L-Elvira R-Josefina.
