First, take floral wire and wrap it around your doll's head and cut it. Give the length of the wire a little extra, maybe 1" or so.
Wrap the ends of the wire together.
Bit small, but it'll be alright for this tutorial.
Begin wrapping the flowers around the wire.

Next, the hardest part, floral taping.
Cut a piece of floral tape that is about 3x the circumfrence of the wreath.
Wrap the floral tape all the way around...
keep wrapping
and wrapping...
Until you get to the place where the flowers start.
Then, start wrapping the floral tape in between the flowers.
When you get to the end, where you started wrapping in the first place, wrap it around a couple times to secure it...
And gently rip it off.
Press it down to secure it.
Now tie the end of a spool of ribbon to the flower wreath right by the flowers. (the ribbon is optional...IMO it looks better without it because the ribbon tends to kind of stick out strangely)
Measure out 2x the length of the wreath.
Cut the ribbon.
Wrap it loosely around the flowers and tie it at the end. Cut off the extra.

Cut two other pieces of ribbon and tie them at either end of the flowers so you have two piece of ribbon that are dangling down.
Ta-Da!
You have a doll flower wreath!
