And then the rains came!! We hid out in the bathroom as a serious storm came through.
We saw the most beautiful double rainbow as we drove back to the house
It was still lightning and raining but we had to make it back

The storm acted like a tornado, taking out 45 trees on their property
This was one tree that was a centerpiece of their property .... that had been with the family for over 50 years

We went for a drive to check out the damage
There were hundreds of frogs lining the edge of the water

Most of the morning on Monday was spent taking care of the mess on the property
