Here's some pics of NYC from the other year ago. Had a wee visit, loved the town. The big blue reflective ball sculpture is right beside the former WTC site. It's astounding, just how vast an area the WTC used to occupy. When I was there, it was like a swath of clear cut forest - in the middle of a jungle.

Growing Op

Taavo Soodor, Designer, and Alan MacLeod, Decorator, won the 2008 Atlantic Film Festival prize for Best Art Direction for the feature film "GROWING OP", Directed by Michael Melski. Here are some "Before" and "After" photos of some of the sets. We had a really great team in New Brunswick, every member of the crew contributed and shares in this Award. Special thanks goes, of course, to Donald Langley.
