Bees
This swarm of honey bees on the column was first noticed 3/25/07, but apparently had been there a while longer; there were already a couple of combs under construction. The bee man is Rick Smith, our county agent, who keeps bees in North Georgia about 75 miles from here in an apiary started by his father about 60 years ago. These bees are going to a happy home!
