That's an old German bunker
Another piece of the same bunker a few metres away. It stuck out of the dune.
This picture scares the pajeezers out of me. It's taken in full daylight, but this is what came out. Trust me, it has NOT been edited in ANY way. The pic looks especially scary when you crop out the sky.
