This is the scarring on the left hand side of my cheek. As I said in the intro, in terms of scarring, I've noticed that pictures never really show the true extent of the depth of scars. Anyways, notice the ice picks, shallow boxscars, mild rolling (not really noticeable) and pigmentation discolorations.
This is the scarring on the right hand side of my face. Notice larger shallow boxscars along with numerous icepicks and brown spots.
Right side of face again
looking tired and beat up. had to wake up early after a final to take this pic and get the treatment done.
Yet again right side. This is probably one of the best pictures in terms of showing the depth of the scars as well as being able to see the moderately mild rolling scars.
Left side of face again.
Right yet again.
This is like 1 hour post treatment. Notice the blood spots all over. I am lathered with Aquaphor at this point. Sorry for being on the phone. I guess I took pics after the treatment only when I was on the phone.
This is the morning after. Notice the skin is much darker (although lighting is also darker as well). This is because the skin started to really show where it was treated and crusting began to occur.
This is now 5 days post treatment. Swelling has gone down considerably and is almost non-existent. Results are promising. You can compare the rest of these photos with before shots.
Redness is still there and if you look towards the edges of my hairline you can see that the skin (brown spots) is still peeling up there slightly. Sorry for not posting pics of the peeling process but it isnt all that much anywys...
I will post a side by side of the left and right close ups later when redness has gone down but you can tell the depth of the scars has decreased and the edges have softened considerably. Whether this will last is still the question.
Right side o fface. Again you can tell big difference, but time will only tell the true difference.
