Monday was not only my birthday, but the 42nd anniversary of my first solo flight - earning me a Student Pilot License. I could fly before I could drive. I got my driver's license the next day. Wendy and I headed 64328 toward Raleigh at 7000 feet - above a beautiful broken cumulus layer
Now who moved our airplane out of the hangar? We can dream...
Brent and Katherine picked us up at RDU and we had a great lunch in Cameron Village
