The hand power planer made pretty quick work of this.
and finally, bonding the angles together to make a 20 foot long panel. I need 6 of these for the full length cross beams.
all 6 20' panels for the beams and a load of 2x clear vertical grain dougls fir. That was the most expensive 8 boards I've ever purchased!
The cuddy was done enough to move it out of the garage.
still have a few pieces to add to the inside, but it's looking good.
The bulkheads are too big to come from one sheet of ply, so once again, I'm cutting scarfs to extend them.
