This is the apartment that Bridget Fonda lived in during the film. It is the central overlook of the courtyard.
This sign has been broken for years. You can tell by the dirt around the breaks. It looks like when they installed the handrail it was broken either on purpose or because the contractor did not remove the sign first. Sad. Bad work.
