Pilot Mtn. NC from US 52 north from Winston-Salem, almost there. The big Knob is not open to climbing; the cliff line left of Little Pinnacle offers eighty routes from 5.5 to 5.13, with many Top-rope choices, excellent Sport, and a few mixed and Trad routes.
