St. Paul, MN - 12/31/01-Two members of "Chicks On Sticks, a Minneapolis female group that performs on stilts, parade on the mall Monday night at Rice Park as part of the St. Paul New Year's Eve celebration, Capitol New Year. At left is Anne Sawyer, at right is Malia Burkhart. The Capitol New Year featured arts, entertainment and food in 25 indoor and outdoor venues in downtown St. Paul from 4:00pm until midnight.
