1770's Reiber Haus Restoration

This project was an adaptive reuse of a 1770's home. Lancaster County Solid Waste Authority in conjunction with the Lancaster Historic Preservation Society selected HomeWorks to remodel the space, keep it period correct and update it to be a museum quality meeting space.

Recent patio and outdoor bar project

HomeWorks partnered with Seasons' Image Landscaping to create a outdoor living space. The EP Henry paver patio has a sitting wall, a cedar pergola, and granite counter tops with a built-in gas grill. The area is highlighted by low voltage lighting.

Commercial renovation for Weaver Memorials

We remodeled a landscaping location with several broken down neglected buildings into the most productive location of the new Owner's six stores. Included is an ADA accessible office, bathroom and storage. The grounds showcase their unmistakable products.
