阿滋海默協會（Alzheimer’s Association）與中國北京大學、香港中文大學、北加州台灣大學三校校友會，於8月17日舉行「心與心的對話2–認識阿滋海默症」腦部健康免費華語講座，邀請醫師、專家、義工就阿滋海默症相關議題和大家分享最新資訊。
阿滋海默協會華人社區推廣專員張佩寧表示，今年由台大校友會邀請平時一起舉辦活動的北京大學、香港中文大學，三所學校的校友會聯合舉辦，場地也改在較大場地的凱撒醫院舉行，希望僑胞參加，瞭解阿滋海默症，早期作好預防。
香港中文大學校友會會長李海滋、台大校友會理事長林筱莉、北京大學校友會秘書長呂小洲31日出席記者會時表示，今年三校校友會希望辦些回饋社區，舉辦有益僑胞的活動，首次聯合舉辦，希望校友及僑胞到時參加。
「認識阿滋海默症」免費講座於17日下午1時30分到4時30分，在聖他克拉拉凱撒醫院Kaiser Medical Office Building, Conference Center Room A1, A2,A5, 710 Lawrence Expressway, Santa Clara舉行。
