The deployment ceremony for the third Operational Mentoring Liaison Team (OMLT III) to deploy to Afghanistan with the Croatian Armed Forces, held at the Cedar St. Armory in St. Paul March 1. Minnesota National Guard Soldiers have trained for years with the Croatian Forces as part of a national State Partnership Program, and this will be the third time that Minnesota and Croatian forces combine on a joint overseas deployment.
