This is the origianl panel and the new panel.
Transponder and radio removed and sold separately.
Before I sold this airplane, I put a new instrument panel in it. I took everything except the bare essentials out and sold the radios separate.
I have a detached garage so it is cold in there! I used my engine preheater to duct some warm air into the cockpit as I was re-wiring.
This was only a few months atfer I bought this house. I added the insulation in the walls and then later added the OSB (it think that's what it's called) to the walls.
Notice the control grip on teh horiz stab? I'm not sure why I had so many wires coming out of it since I only had a PPT switch wired to it.
