Run 584 - Piton du Milieu

Hares : Tusia & Perry ·.. ><)))º>`·.¸¸.· Food : Jean and Philida ·.. ><)))º>`·.¸¸.· Directions: From Curepipe & The Motorway M1, take the B6 Road at the Wooton Roundabout [Millenium Monument] towards Quartier Militaire. At the next roundabout, turn right towards Midlands [B52]. Drive for approx 1.5 kms, past Medical School on your right, and look for Hash Signs on your left. A short semi-dirt road will lead you to the Hash Site. [Kind Permission of Ram Ragoo of the Monty Piton Planters Association for the use of his premises]. This is an Agricultural Site. Hence Picking Fruits, vegetables and Plants are prohibited. Mosquito Repellent advisable. ON ON!

Run 583 - Circonstance Sugar Estate campment, Chebel

Hares : Jean & Jacques ·.. ><)))º>`·.¸¸.· Food: Primrose ·.. ><)))º>`·.¸¸.· The Broken Leg Run (Why? Please ask Jean, but don't mention this to Alan or Dodocop) ·.. ><)))º>`·.¸¸.· From Port-Louis take the old Road to Beau-Bassin. Drive past Coromandel and turn right into the Chebel Road which is opposite a Hindu Temple and a Government School. From Beau-Bassin drive in the direction of Coromandel and turn left into the Chebel Road. The On-On is about 2kms. Look for HASH signs for the On-On. This On-On is by oourtesy of Mr Jacky de Rosney, Manager of the Sugar Estate. From Black River and Port Louis drive along the Black River Road and turn into the Chebel Road at the traffic lights. There is a green space with a kiosk at the junction.

Run 582 - La Cambuse Public Beach

Just before the airport, at the last roundabout, turn right and keep following the signs to LE CHALAND. Just before the Shandrani Hotel at the end of this road, turn right (HASH sign). This will lead to Le Chaland Public Beach. The ON-ON will be under the trees at the back of the beach just before the public toilets (HASH sign). (If you want to swim, bring the necessary clothing!!)

Run 580 - Medine Chicken Run

Venue: Bassin Sugar Road <(©¿©)> <(©¿©)> Hares : David and Rob <(©¿©)> <(©¿©)> Cook : Marie Claude <(©¿©)> <(©¿©)> The Hash will be held approx 2km off the Medine Bassin Sugar Road, directions are as follows: From the south, Curepipe, etc take the road through Quatre Bornes at La Louis take the B2 road to Flic en Flac. After passing through Palma (Cheshire Homes on your left) go straight on at the small roundabout, over the small bridge, past the religious site on the right. Follow the hash signs. From Port Louis & the North take the A3 Petite Riviere Road to Bambou. At Bambou turn left at the main traffic lights. Follow this road all the way to the ‘T’ junction with the B2 Flic-en Flac - Quatre Bornes Road. Turn left at this junction. Go through Beaux Songes & on to the small Palma roundabout. Turn right & go over the small bridge, religious site on your right, follow the hash signs

Run 577 - Medine

Medine Sugar Factory From Port Louis, take the Black River Road and at Medine turn right into the road indicating Medine - UBP La Mecque direction which is near a Bus Stop painted in red with the logo of the Stag Beer written on it. From Black River, proceed to Medine and turn left into the same road. The ON - ON is at about 1 Km from the main road. Look for Hash Signs. Courtesy of the Security Staff of the sugar estate.

Run 576 - Valettta

From Curepipe: from the motorway M1, Wooton roundabout (the millenium monument roundabout), take B6 road towards Quartier Militaire. Drive through Quartier Militaire and fork right on the Bel Air road B27 (after you see St Julien B24 on your left, and fork left Camp de Masque/Centre de Flacq A7 - do not take those). Drive through Montagne Blanche, Kewal Nagar, Olivia. After Olivia look on your left, after the Cemetery, you will see a Deep River sign post and the first Hash sign, take this road and follow Hash signs. The ON-ON is beside an old cane field railway locomotive displayed on the lawn on your right. You will need approx: 40 minutes from Curepipe. From the North: you may reach Quartier Militaire directly trough A7, Reduit, Moka, Saint Pierre. Turn right at the last roundabout after Palma. After approx 1km turn right at the hash sign & follow the sugar cane road to the on-on. From Tamarin: Travelling on the A2 go past Casela & Cascavele village. Turn right, off the A2, towards Quatre Bornes just after the Petrol Station. Go through Beaux Songes & after approx 1Km turn left at the Hash sign & follow the sugar cane road to the on-on. From Port Louis: Travelling on the A2 turn left at the traffic lights in Bamboo. Follow the road all the way & turn left at the ‘T’ junction towards Beaux Songes. Go through Beaux Songes & after approx 1Km turn left at the Hash sign & follow the sugar cane road to the on-on.

Run 566 - The Ghost Village

Hare: Alan <(©¿©)> <(©¿©)>Cook :Muriel <(©¿©)> <(©¿©)> Directions: There are various ways to get to Riche en Eau Village, but here is the most straight forward: Take the Motorway towards the Airport. Just before the Airport, turn left towards Mahebourg. After about 300m, turn left at the roundabout towards Ferney (newish Road). After 2km turn left at the next roundabout to Riche en Eau (B7). After 2km you will see the large gates of the Sugar Estate in front of you - follow the main road round to the left. After 100m turn right to Riche en Eau (HASH SIGN). Follow the road through the village for about 1km, then look for a HASH SIGN and a notice to the Government Primary School on your left. Run 565 - Arsenal

Hares: Girish and Jean (Trail Master)\o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ Food : Girish Directions:\o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ Take the motorway towards the North driving through Port Louis. Then take the road leading to Arsenal Village at the 5th Roundabout passing through the village of Calebasses. The ON-ON will be about 2 kms from the Motorway. It's the Arsenal Jogging Track Parking at "La Foret de Lasile" - Look for Hash Signs.\o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ The hare recommends long trousers but he has promised to clear the paths as much as possible. Bring water as usual.

About 100m further on look for a Hash Sign which turns you to a small lane on the right which will lead to La Prenause. This is the ON-ON!! Wear something for Valentine's Day...heart etc.
