- Cuirassiers - Created: 2nd September 2008 The sketch was created without any refferences in school, because the day was too long and boring. It came out much better than I expected, so I colored this as a speedpaint which gave to the picture more dynamic movements. But it's still not the exact thing I want.
- Dragoon - Created: 29th August 2008 Quicksketch again colored as a speedpaint. And again without refferences ( I could finally start using them if I want to move forward...)

- Le Petit Empereur - Created: 31st September 2007 I think it's easy to guess where I got the inspiration from this (; Personally I like this picture a lot ( and I even had it printed on a b-day cake ..which was delicious! )
- Emperor..sort of - Created: 2nd March ......Since this hour I'm waiting for him, coming to tell me how much I dissapointed him... Oh man how hyper I was when I was drawing this.
- Le Petit Caporal - Created: 8th August Finally a "normal" portrait without any funny things. It supposed to be a quickie, but it came out as a 12 hour painting. I'm kind of happy how it came out.
Training portraits from known paintings. I bought one great sketchbook in Paris which has a nice soft paper. All these three sketches are in it. The bacground is added in Photoshop and portraits sticked to one page.
Colored version of first portrait from last picture. This Napoleon is from Le Premier Consul décernant un sabre d'ohheur après la bataille de Marengo painting from Antoine-Jean Gros. I tried to do this portrait with acryl colors also but Napoleon came out with face like he lose that battle ):

22nd December 2008 On Happy Christmas even dragoon and horses are happy! If I would know how to animate, this will be done as a jumping animation (: The horse would be jumping like a bunny.

This little grenadier was a starting point in my "chibi" soldiers. The inspiration for his pose was a sentence from game Cossacks II about guard grenadiers. It says that most of grenadiers were stubborn and their bearskin presented a object of pride.

- PF 2008 - Created: 22nd December 2008 Maximillian and Catherine are sitting on Santon hill and watching the night scenery above the land where the Battle of Three Emperor was fought. They are enjoying the calmness of a Christmas evening.
- A couple in flight - Created: 1st May 2008 (I must admit that I had a period when I was drawing these two a lot heh). Two songs inspired me for this image: Jolly Roger from Peter Pan soundtrack, and You Only Live Twice from Björk. This picture means a lot to me and I can still feel the same emotions which I had when I was creating it.
- Left - Created: 20th January 2008 Little painting done by my left hand...I realised that left hand draws much more creepy than my right one >_>
- Le dernier soldat - Created: 22nd April 2008 llustration for short story from Maximillian's afterlife. He couldn't fall asleep one night, because he again realises the misery of being alive again as an undead soldier. Pretty sad thing, but I like how it came out.
- Early that morning - Created: 4th May 2008 Illustration of a moment when Maximillian found his brother Frédéric dead, after a night battle. Bad translation: (...) "How can you...how could you, Frédéric, no, please. This can't be truth....Please...don't leave me here much more alone...please," Maximillian couldn't hold his cry anymore. He cried hysterically like a girl, he choked, he couldn't stop. His brother, his only person who cared about him even it didn't look like that most of the time, passed. During night battle between French and Austrians a grenade exploded close to his head. His death was quick. (...)

- Maximillian et la phalène - Created: 22nd August 2008 Illustration for very short story. Idea came to me one night when I was on cottage. I'm personally afraid of moths.... And so is Maximillian. But he is not able to kill one, so he had a mercy and only caught it and threw it outside of his hayloft. The moth came back of course, because Max didn't switch off the lamp. And so on..utill the sun came out and Maximillian could finally fall asleep...

- Etienne running - 25th January 2009 A quickie for training, I wanted to try how will look a painting done by black and white ink. Original is A3.
- House of Boulette family - Created: 26th January 2009 So this is the look of the house where Max and Frédéric grew up before they left to Paris. It's a first version. Original is A3 and I'm hoping for trying this again but colored by watercolors. The perspective is bad and trying to draw a bulding wothout a refference was always a hard thing.
- At the candlelight - Created: 19th January 2009 (finished 26th ) Alternative title: The smoker. Tryout drawing. Kinda confusing, because of the horse, it looks like he is eating the bearskin of the hussar. Technique: Pencil, black liner, white ink and little adjust in Photoshop. - Horse sketches no.1 - First part of collection of horse sketches I found in my computer. I will have to collect the rest in my sketchbooks. At the top is a horse of Catherine, names Ceasar. Others are quickies done during watching the movie The Man in the Iron Mask from 1977. And the little poor horse is something on which I tested my new black liner. I put these sketches together in Photoshop.
- Portrait III. - Created: 27th January 2009 (This one is more realistic) It's for my book. I'm enjoying the technique of pencil, black liner and white ink. Aw, his expression...he needs a hug :3

- Out of a service - Created: 2nd October 2008 I think you don't need any explanation for the scene, everyone loves watching sunsets. Expecially in war times. Maybe tomorrow there will be no sunset for you anymore~
- Study of an undead - Created: 20th July 2008 Of course Eugéne died too. But he had horrible and slow death. He died during Russian examination, but he didn't tell anything. That's why they killed him. But before that, they removed 3 fingers from his left hand, cut off his right arm and cut open right side of his mouth. Stopped wondering why he lost his smile and great mood he had all the time? Well, good. War is cruel.

Všemožné skicy a nákresy I. Přesně tak, jak stojí v nadpisu a zde je pokus o vysvětlivky(zleva doprava): 1. Efekt mokré kočky. 2. Nemám vlastně ani tušení. Ale ti dva vzadu se perou o rakouskou standartu. 3. Polomrtvý kyrysník, obrázek, který jsem později použila do jednoho bookletu. 4. Rychlé skicy mameluků (samozřejmě bez referencí, jsem já to ale káča...). Scanner mi nevzal pyramidy, co byly načrtnutý vzadu ): 5. Studie pohybu, moc se nepovedla...eh, taky že to nakonec schytal... 6. Není nic úžasnějšího, než malý Napec na houpacím koni, který co nevidět přepadne dozadu... 7. Jů, Rai umí kreslit vemblouda (a původně mu udělala velký ušiska, takže neumí). 8. Fronta na rohlíky. 9. "Tanečnice", aneb skica inspirovaná skladbou In Extremo - Davert-Tanz, děkuji Tharovi za poslání ;3 Příjdou další čmáranice, ano příjdou. A s nimi i zákon.

- Mazlíček pro každého gentlemana - Datum vytvoření: 2.března 2009 To jsem takhle seděla v parku na lavičce s Cokey v Krakowě a blízko nás projde malé dítě, které před sebou tlačí neskonale pitomě vypadajícího dřevěného tučňáka, který ještě více pitomě točí koženkovýma nožkama. Přísahám, že jestli ho někde uvidím prodávat (toho tučňáka...), za každou cenu ho koupím a budu s sebou brát na procházky.

A připomíná mi Monty Pythony. (Barevná verze zde. ) 3. Miňonky. Prostě Miňonky. Omylem kresleno lihovkou na CD. 4. Rychlovka k jedné oslavné básničce onoho vojáka. 5. Smutno v řadách, nejspíš něco poetického. 6. Retardovaný jednorožec a kyrysníkův kůň, který dělá, že jednorožce raději nezná. A stejně budou další.

- Portrait of Augustyn - Created: 23rd April 2008 His name his Augustýn František Soldán and he is Czech, born in 1894. He died during the WWI. He was in cavalry and had his beloved horse, Valeska. Unfortunately, they both died, but together. Augustýn lost his legs and after he returned to the Word of Living, he became a ghost rider who roams in fields and around the forgotten battlefield. After all, he is not a bad ghost who scares people. He doesn't disturb anybody. If he finds any company which can stay with him for some time, he talks and talks, with happy accent .

- Na obchůzce - Datum vytvoření: 20.března 2008 Ilustrace, která se váže k jednomu střepu z dob před revolucí, kdy Maximillian sloužil na hranicích, kde se nic nedělo a celé dny jenom lenošilo. Toho dne se ale v blízké vesnici udála loupež a hrstka vojáků měla před vykradeným domem přes noc držet hlídku. Maximillian byl jediný, který se ten večer šel porozhlédnout po okolí. - Burning Jena - Created: 24th March 2009 I'm sorry for the dark quality, you will probably have to light up your monitors a little bit >> Illustration for my story which take part night before the battle of Jena. In the front is Eugéne Sauveur. On the background, town Jena ( in Germany), burning down. Prussians caused this. They didn't want to left any food or useful stuff in town, that could French take. The town was living hell. French marched through it and stopped on a hill where they stayed till next morning. Eugéne didn't feel well, so he walked away to watch the town and think of what horrors he saw in the city.

- Zloděj - Datum vytvoření: 27.března 2009 Ilustrace ke střepu z Maximillianova dětství. Chudák se stal opět obětí "hry" svých vypečených kamarádů v čele s jeho bratrem Frédéricem. Cílem hry bylo za co nejkratší dobu projít jedny vinice, které hlídali dva psi.

- Bearskin - Created: 2nd April 2009 How many bears sapper's bearskin hides? ;D Just a joke, playing with words and tryout of a different style.
- Skicy 01. - začátky - Datum vytvoření: 2008 Dle názvu můžete lehce usoudit, že tyto skicy jsou těmi úplně prvními, které vznikly. A vezmeme si je podle čísel (: 1. Pro upřesnění Eugénova chlapeckého vzhledu. Tyto dvě skicy vznikly společně s prvním vybarveným obrázkem, který můžete najít v hlavní Eugénově sekci. 2. Eh...tohle snad radši ani nebudu komentovat. Stačí jedno slovo: Sněhurka. 3. Ne všichni měli Eugéna v lásce. Jeden žárlivý pěšák jménem Didier obzvlášť... 4. Nevím přesně co se stalo, že je Hubert tak šťastný, ale Eugénovi to zrovna není dvakrát příjemné, soudě dle jeho výrazu (: 5. Malý bezcitný zabiják (kterým ve skutečnosti není, jen jsem chtěla vidět, jak by vypadal ;) )
- Skicy 02. - Datum vytvoření: 2008/2009 Druhá várka a s ní i vysvětlivky: 1. Pochod skrze chaosem sužovanou Jenu nebyl zrovna přijemný pohled. Kór pro tak citlivého mladíka jako je Eugéne. 2. Kvůli tomuhle mrtvému opeřenci se málem strhla rvačka Eugéna s žárlivým pěšákem Didierem. 3. S potulným vořechem. ZDE můžete vidět, jak jsem tento obrázek skicovala. 4. Pochod v zimě, brr. Rusko, brr. 5. Tohoto chlapce dojme i mrtvý vrabčák. A mě donutí o tom napsat filosofický střep. Jiste jste si všimli, že Eugén má často za společnost nějaké zvíře. Ne, není to moje další úchylka, on jenom má rád zvířátka (nejenom k jídlu).

Myslela jsem, že skic stihnu více, ale nebylo tolik času a nápadů na kompozice. Proto zde je poslední ze skic, Max s pomlázkou a typickou melancholickou náladou.
- Pour la gloire - Datum vytvoření: 16.dubna 2009 Další náladovka na The Da Vinci Code soundtrack - Kyrie for the Magdalene. Tuto skladbu mám asi nejvíce spojenou s bitvou u Jílového.

- Pochod - Datum vytvoření: 21.dubna 2009 Ano, vskutku příšerná kvalita fotografie. Věřte nebo ne, ale v reálu to působí naprosto jinak. Ale dole v tom shluku čar je, úplně napravo a v čele pochodujícího útvaru granátníků Staré gardy, Eugéne a Rufus. Za nimi je libo rozeznat například Huberta, Gérarda a Remyho (dobře, toho už opravdu tolik ne...) Tato skica potřebuje obtáhnout ...a to hodně.
- Murat - jezdecký portrét - Datum vytvoření: 22.dubna 2009 Jako by jich měl málo... Jeho kůň potřebuje doopravit, až se tak stane, obrázek reuploaduju, protože takhle vypadá, jako když mu osedlali krávů zkříženou s oslem.

Profil a sedící Daniel, tyto dvě skicy vznikly jako jedny z úplně prvních. 3. "Tenhle osel utáhne třeba i dva povozy!" Aneb jak osel Ludvík dostal zabrat a pošel. Po něm nastoupil Jáchym. - And the sound of a fife ... - Created: 21st September 2009 «...people could still hear. Tho the fifer was cold and dead, like the grass on New Year's Eve.» Daniel had to serve even after his death. Interesting thing is, that not many soldiers recognized the fact, that he is undead. Most of them thought he has just some kind of a sickness...and continued marching to the sound of his fife and other's drums. Dannielle was sentenced to serve for more than ten years. Only this long service could break his curse.

- Hubert Verville - Created: 9th Nov New side character of mine and portrait practise.
- Eugéne portrait III. - Created: 11th Nov Portrait in his 15 years, when he was still an Élève tambourem. Kind of dramatic BG for weird reasons.
- Nightwatch - Created: 14th Nov Maximillian on a night watch, while other soldiers are sleeping. They took over a building near woods. Not all had a roof above their heads that night, it was normal for soldiers of Grande Armée to sleep outside near a fire. They didn't build tents like Austrians for example. That takes too much time. Only guard and staff (commanders, marshalls, emperor himself) were allowed to sleep in a buildings or tents. Of course, it was a matter of available space. If there was enough, even line soldiers were sleeping somewhere inside. But on this picture is 1804 and Maximillian, as a 1st grenadier regiment of the Imperial Guard, can enjoy a dry place to sleep, after his duties are done.

In this chapele, he prays for her and for himself also, because he wishes his curse was gone and he could go back to world of dead.

- Electricity - Created: 7th Oct 2011 My Allods side-character Vilja, undead arisen sorcerer, in the begining of his learnings how to become one. Arisen sorcerers control three elements: fire, ice and electricity. This is Vilja's first experience with skill called Shocking Grasp. Pretty painful looking, but he will get use to it.
All Souls' Day march Created: 31st Oct Like every year, Maximillian took a walk on All Souls' Day across Austerlitz battlefield. To remember all the fallen and to lead their souls out of the ethernal roaming. Sadly he was the one of the least to remain on the battlefield. The number of lost souls was year by year smaller untill he was the last one. It was because he returned into the World of Living on his own. A silly joke was behind it and now he paid for being naive and believing his older brother and his friends. This was also the only day he could meet with his brother. And so he wanted every year and searched for him whole night and day.
