2008 CSSA Jr. Championship Regatta, Aug. 2 & 3
The last CSSA junior regatta of the season. It was HOT on Saturday with light wind, but Sunday morning was not so bad, with a great breeze. Lots of young sailors and lots of fun!

CSSA Jr. Regatta #3
Again, the weather was crazy. The local weather conditions produced high winds. Ultimately, the race committee set up in their small cove and ran short races for both Red and Green Opti fleets. The older sailors went out to practice in 420s in the morning to practice and wait for the weather to move out (which it never did!). The wind was up and down from 15 to 30+ mph all day.

Two-day sailing clinic for Optis, Lasers, and 420s. Special coaches were hired, participants were from OCBC, WSC, NSA, plus Texas and Colorado--and, one 420 from the OU Sailing Club
