These photographs show our humanitarian construction projects in Tajikistan. The projects were undertaken to help improve education beginning back in 2002. Today we are working in Khudjan for the Sugd Department of Education as well as at the Shakhrinov Orphanage.

Virtual Orphanage Ministry 2002-2009

The Virtual Orphanage is a ministry to a very special type of child. These children have very dysfunctional families. Because they have a living "dysfunctional parent" they live very oppressed and impoverished lives. They are, for all practical purposes, "Virtually Orphans". Usually they are "fatherless" with single moms raising them. Russia Inland Mission works through local Churches and missionaries to support these types of children in Belarus, Ukraine, and Tajikistan. These photos show children who were "Adopted" into the Virtual Orphanage Ministry. Their locations and identities are kept secret to protect them from predators.

Russia Inland Mission's American Cultural Rodeo Project-Tajikistan

The American Cultural Rodeo is a campaign being conducted from September to December 2007 in Sugd Oblast, Tajikistan. The purpose of the campaign is to teach Tajiks about our Ameircan "Christian" Heritage and culture while encouraging students in 889 schools to study the English language. The campaign will reach 35,000 school teachers, 500,000 school children, and involve 889 schools. This project is being done in conjunction with our construction renovation project at the Sugd Teacher Training Institute (STTI) in Khudjand, Tajikistan

Russia Inland Mission's Ukraine Ministry 2005-2007

We met Ukraine national missionary Valerio Alexandrio in 2005 through Pastor Paige Hardin. Valerio's Bible training school has become a partner with RIM for sending missionaries to places like Belarus and Tajikistan. Brother Valerio and his wife Tanya have a wonderful vision for discipleship. They use their home in Zhmerynka as a school and dormitory from January to March every year. They teach Ukrainians and Moldavians the Bible while teaching them service through their own Virtual Orphanage ministry.

On September 3, 2008 I arrived in Gori, Georgia with Todd Gabriel and Chet Furrow. We worked with refugees from South Ossetia who fled after the Russian invasion and occupation.

The Volga River Bible Campaign 1999

In 1999 we conducted the Volga River Campaign. Our goal was to hand out 1 million Bibles along a 2000 mile stretch of the Volga. We recruited hundreds of American and Russian believers to help. Americans were given translators so they could interact with Russians and explain the importance of the Bible. City-wide meetings were organized so the Gospel could be preached. Sixteen Bible studies were started in 10 major cities from which 6 new Churches were organized a year later. In total we distributed 1,150,000 Bibles in 21 distribution days.

Russia Inland Mission Photos of Belarus Ministry 1993-2007

These are our photos from 1993-2007. We began our ministry in Belarus on November 2, 1992. We planted Ratomka Bible Baptist Church which we led for 13 years. We discipled the Church members emphasizing the GREAT COMMISSION. In 13 years the Church helped other missionaries plant a total of 11 Churches, distributed over 3 million Bibles, and won more than 10,000 Slavic people to Christ. Our family was forced out of Belarus in January 2005 under the persecution that exists there today. But the ministry and Church in Ratomka continues under national Pastor Sergei Kozlook. These photos show the pioneer ministry of the Rose Family.
