Eco Kef, The Center for Creative Ecology, presents the worldview implemented by Kibbutz Lotan, which supports separating different kinds of waste and recycling. The center also offers fun, educational workshops for the whole family, and is located in the heart of a park whose equipment is made out of recycled materials. The impressive bird reserve in the vicinity of Lotan is one of the southernmost stopping places in Israel for migrating birds. Participants may volunteer here.
