February 07, 189.9 lbs. First picture for Corinne. At this point I had lost about 6 pounds on WW alone.
March 07. My first measurements with Corinne. Two full body workouts with weights per week and three days of cardio. I lost 6.5 inches and about 3 lbs.
April 07. My second measurements with Corinne. During March I did a 3-day split with weights and two days of cardio. I lost 11. inches and almost 10 pounds. I'm really starting to see the differences now! On to month three.
May 09. This is the end of my third month with Corinne. I'm still doing a 3-day split with weights and two days of cardio. I try to put in an extra day of walking if possible too. I lost 4 inches during this month and 6.4 pounds.
Another 5-10 lbs or a few more inches off the hips and these will be a staple in my wardrobe. I will measure for the completion of month four with Corinne in a couple weeks!
These are men's 501 jeans with a size 32 inch waist. They actually hit me across the hips. Not sure I would wear them in public but the last time I could wear them I was 150 lbs. This has been my goal to fit back in them.

June 07-166 lbs. This is at the end of my fourth month with Corinne. I lost about 5 lbs but more importantly 7.5 inches. I'm now wearing a size 10 and really could wear an 8. The shirt is a medium and probably should be a small. I love this weight lifting stuff.
July 07-I missed my July picture so here is one that Austin took with me on the 25th of July
August 07-I had complaints from people that they could see my figure with the other top so here is a pic in my running clothes on July 26th At this point I have lost 27 lbs and 37 inches. I also only lost 2 lbs in July but lost 5 inches.
This was my first 5K race with my fellow PNP'r and friend Tammi.

Sept 07-I lost three inches during the month and I'm now at 156.
