The LCD TV is recessed into the wall and picture framed, with a finished profile of only 3/4". The small hole on the bottom exposes the remote sensor.

We created an unobtrusive soffit with hidden "daylight" light fixtures that bathes the room in soft light. Also notice the flush-mount speakers. We installed a total of ten of these in the house.
New trimwork throughout all four remodeled rooms.
We added a new window and changed out the existing nearby window to match, adding a significant amount of daylight.
