You will be dropped off practically in front of the restaurant. By Metro: Take Line 7 to Chang Shou Road, Exit 5. Go West (turn right) on Xin Hui Road. Walk to the end of Xin Hui Road. To celebrate the start of seven days of carefree frolicking during China National Week (for those poor souls without plans to evacuate to hotter and sunnier destinations...) let’s enjoy that time-honoured tradition of getting merry, Beijing-German-style! Beijing may not be blessed with busty Bavarian fräuleins or jaw-dropping sausages but what we are blessed with its cheap BEER!! And you can bet that it’ll be frosty and delicious. Seychelles HHH

The Seychelles chapter of HHH was started by Britons John Purvis and Edward Tarkowski and Malaysian Albert Leong in April 1986. Since then, the Seychelles HHH has never once missed its fortnightly meeting. For this run, we met at La Corsaire Restaurant, Bel Ombre at 1.45pm.. Hares : Joy & Veronique. The A -B run took us along Sentier Casse Dent ( near Mission Lodge ) to Mare aux Cochons and Danzil - a 3 HRS run !

Cape Town - Wednesday Run

http://cthash-cthhh.blogspot.com/ Hash runs are based on a "hare & hounds" format, where a "hare" sets a trail and false trails for the "hounds" to find and follow, using a combination of blobs of flour, small squares of paper or chalk markings to map out a trail. As far as possible, Hash runs are set off-road and entail a substantial amount of cross-country turf.

www.hogtownh3.ca .......... Hogtown Hash House Harriers is the Toronto, Canada chapter of what is frequently referred to as "the international drinking club with a running problem." The HogtownH3 kennel was founded by Duncan "Plunger" Plastow in November 1987. We now have ? (who knows how many) members, with about 10-20 running at our weekly runs (alternate Mondays and Saturdays year-round). First timers are encouraged to bring old shoes and a sense of humour.
