The Culmer House...we've cleaned it up, but there was only a first floor and no roof.

Second story in front of house--there will be a deck along the front, and there's a circular patio on the lower level. There will also be a screened in porch on the lower floor...for sleeping, and bug-free snoozing.

The man who began the remodeling of the Culmer House also build a castle in Tarpum Bay to house his mistress. These next few photos are of the remains of the castle.
