Our guests enjoy a wonderful covered dish lunch on the deck.
There was lots of conversation about Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and international adoptions.
Donna played a few American songs on the piano for our guests, but unfortunately was not able to fulfill their request for "Jingle Bells."
Our entertainment included a performance of "Rindercella and the Prandsome Hince."
The prandsome hince (aka: Ralph C.) holds up the slass gipper.
Donna brought her dombra, a gift from a Kazakh guest in 1988, and......
one of our guests entertained us with a native song played on the instrument.
Photos from the two 'Stans were shared........
as well as various crafts and trinkets.
Parting gifts of friendship.
