EE 2010 Home Tour 5
House #5 on the 2010 EE Home Tour is a custom designed 2,500 square foot house on two-and-a-half lots. The one-of-a-kind floor plan is unique to all of Esperanza Estates. The current owners have completely renovated the house over the past 2-1/2 years. The Southwest contemporary feeling is created by use of Saltillo tile, granite on the counter tops, arched doorways, and numerous nooks. A spectacular view of the Santa Ritas is provided by a 10-foot tall arched window in the kitchen/breakfast room. The spacious yard features multiple patio areas for relaxing, connected by winding walk-ways that snake around the varied plantings, through an imposing arch capped by a timber, and past an unusual fountain sculpture.
