Tropical Storm Fay. Preliminary Damage Assessment.
FEMA Representative Thomas Giddings, State of Florida Division of Emergency Management Juan Zaida and Small Business Administration Disaster Reserve Robert Lansford toured the heavily flooded areas of DeBary, Deland, Port Orange and Osteen. They were assisted by National Guard Unit FSC 53rd Brigade Support Batallion out of Orlando.
