2008 Townsend Spring Festival
On a wet, wild and wonderful windy day, volunteers served vendors, visitors and festival staff at the annual festival in Townsend.
Vendors suffered damages to their tents and wares. The day was a disaster for some.
CHARM volunteers offered help to many vendors and served with compassion.
When the weather broke, we were able to have a lot of fun and meet the visitors who braved the storms to attend the festival.
On the first weekend of the festival, CHARM volunteers were able to witness through song when the festival staff asked for gospel music groups to perform.
