4th Annual BUCKS Presidents' VIP Breakfast & Community Awards Sponsored by Comcast
The Bucks County Community College Foundation presented its inaugural Community Awards Thursday, March 15, at the 4th Annual Bucks Presidents’ VIP Breakfast, sponsored by Comcast Business Class.
The awards, presented at the Newtown township campus, honored Nurisng Professor Claire Keane; PECO, an Exelon Company; and philanthropists Kevin and Sima Zlock.
Raymond “Skip” Goodnoe, president of the BCCC Foundation Board of Directors, said the awards recognize “outstanding achievement by individuals, foundations, and corporations that are making a difference in the following categories: education, community, and partnership.”
“Without all of you, our mission to provide a quality and affordable education would be nearly impossible to achieve,” said Goodnoe. “Today’s honorees share in the understanding that education is the key that unlocks the door to improve lives, stimulate economic growth, and create better communities.”
