We found that the line of pilings that were started would eventually cross the owners property line into the neighbor's property. We proposed to construct a ”half way platform“ for observing sunsets, boaters, and wildlife and provide a natural ”jog“ in the dock to continue out to the boat house.

Every detail thought of, from the marine rated sub panel box at the mid point platform, to the 110 electric outlet and 3 way switching for the dock walkway lighting. Notice all “carflex” conduit used for resilience to the marine environment and strapped with stainless steel screws.
