Leaf spring forward mount and rear hanger. Forward mount has been redrilled to raise front of leaf by 1 inch (silver rimmed hole). [The plate is upside down] Rear hanger has been re-drilled to also raise rear of leaf spring by 1 inch. This is a JC Whitney replacement which is 0.75 inch taller than factory. Arc on hanger shows cut line.
Cutting 1/2 coil from front spring. Pretty easy work with cut-off disc. Hardest part was securing the spring as it kept popping out of this clamp.
Original height spring on left, spring with 1/2 coil cut off on right.
