LCD is attached to rails Rails are attached to back cover
Remove Integrated Camera if it's there. When the LCD is removed from the rails after the rails have been removed from the cover, slowly lift up the LCD and disconnect the LCD connector at the back. To do this, a clear tape that is covering the LCD connector must be slowly peeled off to reveal the connector. USE EXTREME CAUTION The LCD connector is fragile and a sudden upwards pull might tear out the pins. Then remove the inverter supply cable at the bottom right (connected to the inverter) and swap in new screen

You can see a bit of reflection on the screen. There was a thin layer of protector on the screen (no idea what's that) but I forgot to remove it and it might have contributed to the glossiness. Oh well, colour's still amazing though.
