Remember Unity and Until share the building, pay attention to which HQ button you press.
Major Rashida Kwame gives out the Serpent Lantern mission.
The chopper which takes you to Africa is in the base, don't not read the mission text and head back to the hover jet. *cough* Not that anyone would. /whistle_innocently
Africa, Unity forward base
Okonkwo is the on-site Unity commander and will be giving you all further mission updates.
This is the main map, where the scouting mission occurs. There are 3 winged foot icons (one not visible) that indicate where the zone entrances are for the bunker missions and the Viper icon is where the shielded cavern entrance is.
Each of the four waypoints on the scouting mission are simple check-ins with a recon specialist.
Done with the scouting mission, I thought I'd make a quick aerial reconnaissance flight of the cave entrance and it's shield.
Scouting mission completed.
The generator mission, this is about 2/3rd's of the whole Adventure Pack.
Making my way to the first bunker zone in point on the main map.
The Alpha Bunker assault map, there are 3 checkpoints and then the main bunker.
At each of checkpoints there are 2 consoles (security and comms) that must be deactivated. Tip: Do not attack the checkpoint commander until all of the other troops are defeated, he'll call them all in.
Osprey attack helicopter, new Enforcer unit for Viper. They'll drop an aerial solder occasionally as well.
The joys of Force Cascade.
Viper X, Alpha Bunker
Some Viper peons waiting near the exit from the Alpha Bunker generator room.
Hacking into the entrance for Bravo Bunker.
I was too frustrated to take any Freon screenshots, and forgot to take any of Draconis. So we'll just jump to the end mission dialog.
Entrance to the cavern complex which leads to the Temple.
There are two "mirrors" in the caverns that yield lore dialog.
Ooooh, shiny loot icon.
Here's the second lore "mirror".
Studying the ritual needed to access the Temple.
Enacting the ritual to open the Temple doors.
This doesn't bode well.
Viperia
She's chatty.
Attempting to banish Viperia.
Not so chatty now is she.
Well, that's that then.
Skipping ahead a bit. This is the end of the Temple of Nama after forcing (little pun) my way through 10 Serpent Mages and a bunch of Viper troops.
Keeping my fingers crossed this is a Viperia type boss-fight and not a Freon one.
Supreme Serpent and a Serpent Mage up to no good.
Another chatty villain. You would think they'd learn eventually.
Still talking.
I think he's noticed me.
Yup.
I think he's violated nearly every Evil Genius rule.
My last boss-fight: Spirit Serpent and a Serpent Mage. I was able to snipe the mage without drawing the Spirit Serpent's attention and that made the encounter much easier.
Ooops, I got a little busy to take any more screen shots of the last fight.
Completion dialog.
Perks!
