Solar System Site Assessments
Along with WE CARE Solar, we will be installing 12 solar systems in Kano and Kaduna in October of this year. For three months following, we will be doing assessments of how the solar systems are working in the facilities and their effect on health care. These past 2 weeks have been spent doing assessments at facilities all over Kano and Kaduna to choose the 12 facilities to install the pilot solar systems. At the end of the assessment period, another 24 systems will be installed in facilities. The project is funded by the MacArthur Foundation and private donations.
