Unpainted, you can see this kit consists of resin, vac-u-form plastic, brass photo-etch, cotton string, and facial tissue.
Don't look too closely, because the frame is not aligned straight with the hood! Also, somewhere on the laundry floor is the other headlight. I fabricated the one on the left with Evergreen plastic tubing.
I was not happy with the tailgate grab handles. They are made from 0.02" brass rod. They were difficult to glue, and as such, it left a glue mess that would have to be cleaned later.
I went back and corrected the tailgate grab handles. This set is made from candy wrapper metal foil. One of my favorite scratch building supplies.
The Mack NO with its final paint coat and details picked out, is now ready for decals and weathering.

Weathering is done with Tamiya pastels. It gives a nice faded look to the paint.
