I was inspired by the beauty and serenity of The Korean Bell of Friendship to do an in-depth photographic series of a dozen of my friends — some I've known for only a short time, some I've known since childhood. Friends of different sexes, shapes and styles posed for me in all kinds of weather from rain to sun to wind. Some playing dress-up, and some decidedly dressed down. This is the result, showing the energy each unique person brought to the exact same spot.
