Karmann badge and cross strip removed, edge strip removal started
Grill and headlights removed but OK.
The usual rust problem area
Just 3 years with a new aerial - ouch!
Seats are comfy, not swivel, usual basic dashboard.
Starboard footwell rust.
Lower fridge vent - not serious damage.
Port rear - needs straightening, proper screws etc.
Top skin was peeled back and slightly wavey when replaced
'95 Passat 1.9TD (probably AAZ ?)
1.9TD almost fitted - needed a bump in the cover
Back wall needs insulation and light plywood panels
Replaced port rear with decent timber - need to continue along port side.
Rear roof - replaced most of it - prob should replace all of it. Vent is kaput.
Shower/loo needs walls removed and sorted.
Port side - lots of work needed.
Port side - older damage covered with crap board.
Starboard underneath door.
Starboard wheel arch.
Truma air heating and water heating - working 100%
Very unsophisticated electronics - working.
Working (not sure if it charges engine battery when on mains though)
Usual very tight Cheetah sink + gas rings.
More itty bits that need to be tidied.
Thin metal, not VW quality and protection.
