2011印度文化節｜2011 India Festival Taiwan

2011 Annual India Festival in Taiwan was organized by Indian Music and Culture Organization (IMC) and co-organized by India-Taipei Association (ITA) during Sep. 24 – Oct. 23, 2011 at various cities in Taiwan. This year, there were two major Indian performing themes taking place, one is ‘Srjan Odissi Dance’ and the other is ‘Peace Elephant Drama’, all summed up to be over 10 performances in 5 cities where wide interests about India were aroused.

印度風情～臺中FUN-IN電影季│Movie Season in Taichung Themed India (2011/8/13-10/29)

由臺中市政府新聞局主辦、崗華影視傳播承辦、印度－台北協會協辦的「臺中FUN-IN電影季」邀請25部來自台灣、印度、美國、英國、日本、韓國的優質影片輪番在台中十個行政區（南屯、大甲、東勢、清水、豐原、北屯、西區、太平、潭子、大里）放映，其中特別設計『印度風情』焦點單元，除了放映四部印度電影《寶萊塢之麻吉大明星》、《心中的小星星》、《三個傻瓜》、《如果˙愛在寶萊塢》，引您認識印度兩大超級天王以外，還規劃了印度舞蹈表演以及瑜珈、旅遊的專題講座，既精彩又熱鬧。完整訊息，請見印度－台北協會網站 www.india.org.tw FUN-IN Movie Season in Taichung screens 25 films selected from the world themed India by showing 4 Bollywood films: Billu Barber (opening 8/13), Taare Zameen Par (9/9), Three Idiots (10/16) & Om Shanti Om (closing 10/29). In addition to the fun films, there will also be 2 lectures on Yoga (8/27) & travel (10/8), plus 1 grand performance of Indian classical Odissi dance (10/16) that defines what graceful really means.
