Kitchen & Living Room - Open Concept Project
This is my largest home renovation project thus far. It includes removal of a load bearing wall that separates my kitchen and living room. I am pulling up all existing flooring down to the original subfloor, replacing the wall with a LVL beam, installing new hardwood flooring throughout, and building a new fireplace surround. Also, all the existing electrical and duct work within the removed wall are being moved.
